Another example of artworks being glued to the walls of the city. I wonder where these fit in the 'zero tolerance' policy of the Melbourne City Council. I was at the meeting when they passed the 'clean up' legislation late last year and can't recall the policy referring to 'stencils' or 'artworks' glued to objects.
