Stencils lessons

I finished my first real attempt at making a poster from stencils cut out of card. It turned out ok but a few things to note for next time.
1. Paint matters, the dark blue is a crappy can from a hardware shop I found in the studio, it works but there is a huge difference compared to the red and light blue which is from an arts supply store. They spray much better and quicker.
2. Bleed, I should have left bleed at the base of the poster, that way I would have gotten a much nicer finish.
3. Make sure the paint is dry before putting the next stencil on top. The red stencil stuck to the white underneath, which is a shame as it's the most important layer.
Not to worry though I am going to mount this to a board and then affix it to a wall around the corner from the studio.
